Mana Pools – May 2017

“We are now back home after a wonderful 3 nights at Kavinga Camp.  The staff over there were very good; Siraj and Caitlin, in particular.  On our last night we also saw a lion kill a buffalo; we were right there.  So although we didn’t see all the Big 4, we saw 3 and were very satisfied with our safari.  The flights were on spot too.  The flight with Giles was very good.  He even allowed me to converse with him and pointed out the various landmarks to me as we flew.  It was a pleasure to sit next to him.  Callum who piloted us on the return flight was very polite and after landing, saw us through to the check in counter and waited until we checked in.  All in all, kudos to Altair.  As for Specialist Safaris… we are glad we chose your organization to put together the safari for us.  We also wish to commend you, in particular, for being such a good communicator and ensuring that everything went according to plan.  We will enlist your company’s services the next time we visit Zimbabwe, on safari.”  (Heshan & Ianthie – Malawi)
