Special Interest & Zimbabwe Safaris in Southern Africa

Beth Brewer

Beth Brewer

Beth originally trained as an NNEB Nursery Nurse has always loved Africa and first got involved in the Tourism and Leisure Industry in 2002 after returning from a sailing trip from South Africa to Brazil.  She went from relief manager of York Lodge in Harare, to events and wedding coordinator at Wild Geese Lodge in Harare.  From there, she started planning weddings around the rest of Zimbabwe and joined Cansaf Adventures in Victoria Falls where she gained experience with corporate teambuilding and with the groups & incentives market.  She put together specialist itineraries and managed incentive groups who travelled from all over the world to stay in the Vic Falls, Zambia and Chobe region.

She then returned home and opened the Harare branch of Cansaf where the design, marketing and running of team building programmes for local corporate groups became popular around the country.   Beth had another stint in Victoria Falls when she was asked to help start the Nakavango Conservation Programme with Mark Brewer on the Victoria Falls Private Game Reserve.  She has since returned back to Harare as the Harare Sales Representative for the Stanley and Livingstone Private Game Reserve.  She is now a director and co-manager of Meldmark Safaris and joins our guests on our Specialist Safaris whenever possible to ensure they have a memorable trip.
